We offer worldwide shipping to all countries.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unworn and in their original condition for a refund to be issued. The package must be returned to the following address: Rettenbach 7, 6365 Kirchberg in Tirol, Austria.

After a successful return, we will refund you the full amount of your order or the goods that you have returned to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return and they will not be refunded.

An exchange is just as possible as a refund and works in the same way.
