If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unworn and in their original condition for a refund. The package must be returned to the following address: Rettenbach 7, 6365 Kirchberg in Tirol, Austria.

After a successful return, we will refund the full amount of your order or the goods you returned to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

An exchange is just as possible as a refund and works in the same way.
