Your package typically leaves our warehouse within 12–48 hours and is delivered within 2–5 days. Occasionally, there may be exceptions.

For orders under €80.00, the costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location.

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. The package must be returned to the following address: Rettenbach 7, 6365 Kirchberg in Tirol, Austria.

After a successful return, we will refund the full amount of your order or the goods you sent back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these will not be refunded.

An exchange is possible, as is a refund, and works in the same way.
